Our Store Return Policy:

Exchange Policy: Due to the high volume of orders and the dynamic nature of our inventory, we regret to inform you that we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we offer the option to return your items for store credit, which can be used for future orders. Your store credit will be issued in the exact dollar amount you initially spent and sent to the email address or phone number associated with your order.

Clothing Returns: Clothing items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, which means they must be unwashed, unworn, free of any hair (human and/or animal), stains, and odors (detergent, cologne, cigarette smoke etc). Please ensure that you include your packing slip and/or mention your name and order number to facilitate the return process. Please note that any worn, washed, odorous, or damaged clothing will be refused and returned to the sender.

Motorcycle Parts: Please be aware that motorcycle parts are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

Store Credit Notification: Once your return has been received, accepted, and inspected, you will promptly receive an email containing your store credit details. We strive to process returns as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Information: Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. Additionally, Born Scum does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
