RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Born Scum Clothing Co. ("Born Scum," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy. Additional terms governing your purchase are set forth in our Terms of Service.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Except where required by applicable law, Born Scum does not offer refunds. Eligible returns approved under this Return Policy will receive store credit only.

Eligible Clothing Returns

Only apparel is eligible for return under this Return Policy.

To qualify for store credit, returned apparel must:

  • Be received by Born Scum within thirty (30) days of the documented delivery date;

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;

  • Be free from stains, odors, smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, damage, alterations, or any other signs of wear or use;

  • Include all original tags and packaging, if applicable; and

  • Include the purchaser's order number, full name, and return shipping address.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Born Scum reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this Return Policy.

Final Sale Items

Except where required by applicable law, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • Motorcycle parts;

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products;

  • Sale or clearance merchandise;

  • Gift cards;

  • Complimentary or promotional merchandise;

  • Giveaway items or prizes; and

  • Any item identified as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive an incorrect item or merchandise damaged due to Born Scum's error, you must notify Born Scum within seven (7) days of delivery. Upon verification, Born Scum will, at its option, replace the merchandise or issue store credit and provide return instructions.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return results from Born Scum's error.

Customers assume the risk of loss for returned merchandise until it is received by Born Scum. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Giveaway Entries

All giveaway entries are final upon submission and may not be canceled, withdrawn, transferred, or revoked.
