Born Scum Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items, including motorcycle seats and special configurations, require production time before shipment.
Production timelines may vary depending on demand and seasonality. Estimated production timelines may be provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed shipping dates.
Custom orders cannot be modified once the final invoice has been paid and production has begun.
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Once payment has been completed, the order is considered confirmed and locked for production.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Born Scum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to sender will be issued store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Born Scum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. These delays are outside of Born Scum's control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
