Don't think twice, you need this shirt! The shirt is high quality, stylish, and the fabric is durable. Did not shrink in the wash. I am 5'4 160lbs and like my shirts fitted so I got a Small.
The photo shows the sleeves rolled up and the shirt cropped (by myself), the sleeves and shirt do come in regular length.
