Fulfillment Associate

Born Scum is seeking a full time Fulfillment Associate to support daily ecommerce order processing and warehouse operations at our Boise, Idaho facility.

This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining organization, inventory accuracy, and established fulfillment standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately

• Verify products, sizes, quantities, and order details before shipment

• Prepare orders for carrier pickup

• Print shipping labels and packing documents

• Maintain organized packing and fulfillment workstations

• Restock fulfillment areas as needed

• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory

• Help maintain accurate inventory counts and product locations

• Identify order discrepancies or inventory issues and communicate them promptly

• Assist with returns, exchanges, and replacement orders as assigned

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and fulfillment areas

• Follow established shipping, packing, and quality control procedures

• Assist other operational areas when needed based on daily workload

Performance Standards

Performance will be evaluated based on order accuracy, fulfillment speed, attendance, productivity, organization, adherence to procedures, and overall quality of completed shipments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday

• Ability to safely move boxes, inventory, and shipping supplies throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, or ecommerce experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to follow established processes and instructions

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while staying focused

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Shopify or shipping software preferred
