Born Scum is seeking a Photographer / Videographer to create high quality visual content across ecommerce, social media, advertising, product launches, and brand marketing.

This position is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, organizing, and delivering photo and video content that supports ongoing marketing needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, self directed, and able to consistently produce content on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph apparel, accessories, products, and lifestyle content

• Film short form and long form video content for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns

• Edit photos and videos to established brand standards

• Create product photography for ecommerce and product launches

• Capture behind the scenes content from production, events, collaborations, and daily operations

• Assist with planning shot lists, locations, talent, and content needs

• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets

• Export and deliver content in required formats and dimensions

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaign concepts

• Maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear

• Stay current with platform requirements and evolving content formats

• Assist with additional creative projects as needed

Performance Standards

Performance will be evaluated based on content quality, consistency, organization, turnaround time, ability to meet deadlines, asset management, and execution of assigned creative projects.

Qualifications

• Strong photography and videography skills

• Professional experience shooting and editing photo and video content preferred

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio

• Experience editing short form social media content

• Proficiency with professional photo and video editing software

• Strong file organization and asset management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to take direction and execute within established brand standards

• Experience with ecommerce, apparel, lifestyle, or product photography preferred

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant photography and video work required
